How can I get fabric swatch before order dresses?
You can order fabric swatch by following link : or you can order dresses now ,and we will send the fabric swatch to you for free to confirm the color which one you want before we made the dresses, because we arrange the dress or fabric swatch according to the order number ,and also it is easy and convenient control tracking by the order number. As full color chart is not selling in the market, each factory only have one copy, we only could send you colors which you chose from our color chart, and the fabric swatch is difficult to find and nobody willing to give us for free in the market , we have to spend much money to find and buy ,so just choose several colors you want and tell us the color number.

When is the better time to order dresses?
You can order the dresses two months advance the wedding date to make sure everything is ok.
Can I change the size or color for my dress after payment?
If you want to change the size or color or any changes, please kindly contact with us within 24h after payment, we will arrange the order after 24h. If the time over 24h, please also contact us , and we will check whether it can be changed.
How can I check my order status?
We will update the order (add tracking number ) if the package been sent out, if there is no any new updated, you also can send email to us, we will check and get back to you.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Rush order time is about 15-20 days or earlier.
Norma order is about 30-40 days or even earlier.
If you need earlier, just choose rush order and tell us your party or wedding date.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do, shipping worldwide! But please give us your physical address , if you leave the BOX address, the DHL can't sent it over to you.
What if I receive the dress with wrinkles or note?
Because the cutting and making process use the marker pen, if you find notes, it is easy to solve with soapy water (topical scrub), but we will check the dress before send it out. May be the dress with wrinkles during the shipping process , which are normal and easy to solve, just use Garment Steamer to steam the dress, then dress will be become natural, the wrinkles will be disappear.

What’s the Cancellation Policy?
1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.
2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,
3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned.
4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.
How about the Taxes?
Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries need to pay taxes, but general speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less customs taxes.
Please take note that its express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already.
Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back, it will also cause us extra taxes again if goods returned.

Can we get a Discount if We order several dresses at a time?
Since most brides order 4-12 pieces of bridesmaids dresses at a time, so we have already offered wholesale price.
We don't charge extra cost to do custom size and color here.
Further more if you order several dresses at a time, shipping cost from second one to last one will be half charged.
How can you make sure dress will be fit well?
Our dresses run true to size, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well.
For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''.
Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 2-3’’ taken in or out if measurement is not accurate.
There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.
